Kathleen joined RandRealty in 2018 and brings her lifelong love of  people and creativity  with her.  Her strengths include her ability to relate to and communicate with people, her ongoing quest to learn something new every day and her genuine desire to do the best she can for the people that she encounters in her profession. Kathleen is very dedicated to her clients, very organized and knowledgeable on a broad range of subjects related to her field. 

During her 30 plus years as a resident of Orange County, Kathleen has dedicated much of her time to being actively involved in her church, the schools and various other organizations, often in a leadership role.  As well as servicing Orange County, Kathleen also works in Rockland County, where she previously lived for over 20 years.

In the workforce, Kathleen was a top producer in her field of Interior Design and Furniture Sales, always going the extra mile for her clients and being well liked and sought after for her expertise.

Her personal experience includes building three custom homes as well as extensive renovation projects.

On a personal level, Kathleen embraces a healthy living lifestyle  and always has a creative  or artistic project of some kind going on.

She has had considerable success in her time at Rand Realty and looks forward to helping more and more people make their Home Sweet Home dreams come true.
